Flicker My Flame

In Tomothy Burke’s mind, the word firefighter invokes images of strength, confidence, boldness, bravery, him. Or, who he used to be. Now he is a man trapped behind a desk, afraid of the shadow his hulking frame casts. Tom’s numb to the present. Wary of the future. Haunted by his past - including a fastidious red head who used to live next door, but mysteriously vanished one night from their small Aussie town.

Zac Hutton has a thing for bow ties, flirty banter, and giant men. He’s has been living a nomadic existence for a decade, but when fate calls him home, he answers, bringing with him laughter, sunshine and an eternal spark a certain grumpy fireman feared he’d never experience again.

Will Tomothy open himself up to happiness?
