Shipping policy

Tales & Tomes® is currently only shipping to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the UK. The international shipping carrier is Australia Post. This may change in the future and will be advertised via social media or email. You can sign up to emails to stay up to date on any changes. 

We do ship Australia wide using Sendle or Australia Post. Delivery costs are determined by Shopify and Sendle depending on the size and weight of your order. 

Please note if shipping to a parcel locker or PO box you will need to select 'Standard' or 'Express' at the shipping page of check out. Unfortunately, Sendle do not ship to parcel lockers or PO boxes.

All other postal addresses have the ability to choose between Sendle or Australia Post.

We currently have a 1-3 business day processing time. Shipping time estimates are shown at the time of ordering but are subject to change due to delays that can occur within the postal system.
